EA says that you can play Dragon Age: The Veilguard on an HDD but recommends an SSD instead. Additionally, AMD CPUs on Windows 11 require AGESA V2 1.2.0.7.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard requires less space than most recent triple-A RPGs on your hard drive. Starfield needs a huge 125GB, and God of War: Ragnarok requires a massive 190GB.
