How often do materials spawn back in Genshin Impact? – Destructoid
Very few things in Genshin Impact are more frustrating than not being able to fully enhance a highly anticipated character due to a lack of materials in the world.
But in most cases, you can work around this limitation by saving or visiting other players, as knowing when your chosen materials will respawn will allow you to get an edge. Here’s how often materials spawn back in Genshin Impact, and where to buy all for-sale specialties in the game.
How often do materials respawn in Genshin Impact?
To the delight of all looking to clear Teyvat out of specialties once more, all local specialties in Genshin Impact respawn two days after being harvested or mined. If you are looking for ores, however, all mined Iron Chunks will reset daily, while all other types —except for Crystal— will follow in the footsteps of the local specialties. If you are curious regarding the latter, mined Crystal Chunk ores will only respawn after 72 hours.
Where to Buy All Local Specialties in Genshin Impact
To make getting enough resources even easier, you can purchase many local specialties in Genshin Impact by heading to the right vendors, although some rarer finds — such as Dendrobium, Onikabuto, Scarab, and Withering Purpurbloom — can only be acquired from the wild in their set regions. You can check out where to buy all specialties available for sale in Genshin Impact below. Keep in mind that most shops will only restock at 72-hour intervals.
